Description
"Baita Clementina" (3 stars), is a new house (built in 2013), is situated in Via Rasia, a sunny and quite place, a few steps far from the bus stop of the free skibus (about 100 mt.), not far from the centre of Livigno (about 500 mt.) and from the pedestrian area (about 1 km).
Concerning the winter season, our apartments are located about 800 mt. far from the Gondola Cassana (number 30), which gives the opportunity to have the direct connection with the "Skiarea Carosello 3000".
Regarding the summer season, our apartments are in a strategic location to reach the walking paths of the Livigno North Area (Val Federia, Val Alpisella, Val Viera and more).
The access of the pedestrian and cycle path is about 5/10 minutes on foot far from us (450 mt.) with a pic-nic area and a kids play area; the dairy (Latteria Turistica) is situated on the parallel road of "Baita Clementina"; within about 10 minutes, you can reach the wellness centre "Aquagranda" and the artificial Livigno's lake, recently made navigable, where recently was activated an outdoor free wifi area, and location of quad on ice, and ski doo rentals.
A short distance from the apartments you can find: restaurants (La Calcheira, Adele, La Rusticana, La Locanda), food shops (Market Lorenz, Market Pedretti), duty free shops and a self-service laundry (Le Bolle). Very close to us (about 400 mt) you will find ski and bike rental "Mountain Planet".
In height altitude, at the arrival of the gondola Cassana, new mountain hut "Scialket" reachable for typical dinner with ski, ski-doo or snow shoes.
New 2014/2015! In Val Federia, La Tea da Memi, typical mountain house, reachable with ski-doo or snowshoes for typical dinner in a lovely mountain's atmosphere.
We have two apartments with different sizes, from 2 to 10 places; we can offer two car parking in front of the house, and two covered parking places (one for each apartment) and covered skiroom.
In both our apartments, is available a private Wifi Area, included in our prices, with private password.
Check-in starting from early in the afternoon of the arrival date; check-out within 9,30am of the departure date.
"Baita Clementina" is the best solution to spend a quiet holiday, and in the meantime a active holiday, to enjoy with all the summer and winter proposals of Livigno.
