"Water, electricity, gas, heating, bed linen and towels, are inclusive. Possible supplements on request (cot € 6, € 10 animals), are paid directly on site. You arrival has to be between 16 pm and 19 pm, and the departure between 7 am and 9 am, check-in and check-out at different times must be agreed upon and will be paid a fee of € 20,00. Final cleaning € 50, for each apartment. Refundable deposit for apartment amounted to € 150, paid on arrival in cash. "
