The cross-country ski runs are 100 meters away, like the skilift nr. 22, from which you can reach skilift nr. 23 campo scuola and the Kinder club Lupigno for the entertainment of your children. The sparkling but intimate Fuoco apartment can accommodate a family of 4 people and a possible extra child. The strong personality of yellow gives character to the apartment which is chromatically inspired by the warmest nuances of fire. The kitchen has direct access to the garden / solarium which can be used as a second entrance without having to go into the common areas. The two bedrooms, with parquet flooring, have very soft yellow blankets and pillows with geometric patterns that will inspire you to cheer! On request, a baby bed or an extra bed can be added to a room. The curtains on the window's glass and chocolate-colored blackout shades ensure privacy and a sound sleep without being disturbed by the morning sun. The bathroom stands out for the floor-level shower that gives continuity to the rest of the room and from the tub sink which, with its roundness, softens the disruptive yellow and geometries that give life to the apartment. On summer days, you will love opening the kitchen door to the front garden. Dining outdoors and enjoying the garden will be a particularly inviting comfort for those staying in the Fuoco apartment!

Esclusivo e prezioso, l’ appartamento Gold , con i suoi due piani, può accogliere comodamente fino a 6 persone. La cucina-soggiorno ha un grande tavolo che permette momenti di convivialità che regalano ricordi preziosi di una vacanza passata in compagnia. Gli spazi sono amplificati dai due grandi terrazzi, quello ad est accoglie il sole del mattino e quello ad ovest saluta quello della sera. Sullo stesso piano una gigantesca camera da letto da 20 mq., con parquet, si apre con un terrazzo soleggiato tutto il giorno. Attrezzato con tavolino, sedie e sdraio regala una spettacolare vista verso il sud del paese ed il monte Bernina alle sue spalle, la cima più elevata delle Alpi retiche occidentali! La camera, cioccolato e panna con originale tendaggio a righe verticali, spezzate da righe orizzontali, pur con i suoi due posti letto più due aggiuntivi, conserva la sua peculiare spaziosità. Per non fare mancare nulla, in aggiunta all’armadio in camera, una piccola cabina armadio consente ordine e pulizia. Priamo bagno con doccia. Salendo le scale si accede alla seconda camera con seconda tv, secondo bagno con doccia e terrazzo. Il tetto altissimo ed in legno a vista, il tocco di rosso delle tende, cuscini e coperta di arredo, le lampade multicolori touch donano romanticismo e calore. La grande e spettacolare vetrata sul versante del Mottolino si aprirà a voi. Una vera cartolina vivente! Questa camera può ospitare 2 persone ed un letto supplementare o lettino baby a richiesta. Ogni locale è dotato di termostato indipendente per offrirvi la possibilità di calibrare la temperatura in modo differente secondo il vostro gradimento. Soggiornare nell’ appartamento Gold vi darà l’impressione di avere una casa intera completamente a vostra disposizione, un piccolo universo. E’ ideale per 2 nuclei familiari che amano passare le vacanze insieme, ma che vogliono preservare nello stesso tempo, i propri spazi.
