The house is located in Via Florin, 275, opposite to the ski lifts of the “Carosello 3000” and a short walk from cross-country skiing; the entrance to the pedestrian and cycle track that runs alongside the Spoel river is only 300 meters from the house.
In an area well served (supermarket, butcher restaurants and bars within a few meters) about 2 km from the town center which is also accessible by free buses that stop every 15 minutes at 50 meters from the house.
