The Zini Anna apartment is a charming three-room attic apartment located directly on the San Rocco 17 ski slope, at Via Saroch 822. It can accommodate up to five people, and we have baby cots available upon request. Our apartment features a kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and kettle, kitchen utensils, a comfortable sofa, and a wonderful skylight offering breathtaking views. It also features two outdoor balconies, one with loungers for enjoying the view of the valley. The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a sofa bed, the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with a hairdryer, washing machine, and shower. During your stay, you can enjoy a 10% discount on equipment rentals at Zini Rental, and store your equipment overnight for free in our heated lockers. Near our apartment, you'll find a church, several bars, restaurants, and shops for your shopping. If you'd like to reach the town center, you can easily reach it by bus (the stop is right outside the apartment) or with a pleasant 15-minute walk. We participate in the My Livigno project. For a €5 deposit per card (refundable upon return), we'll give you three My Livigno Silver cards for free bus service and special discounts on excursions, museums, and the Aquagranda spa (you can view the benefits by downloading the My Livigno app). We participate in the SKIPASS FREE initiative, meaning that during designated weeks, ski passes for guests are included in the price of the apartment. The promotion is valid from November 29 to December 20, 2025, and from April 11 to May 3, 2026. The promotion is valid for stays of a minimum of 7 consecutive nights, subject to availability. We require a €5 deposit for each ski pass issued; the deposit will be refunded upon return of the ski passes.
