The chalet is located in a quiet area near the center of Livigno, near shops of all kinds, 20 metres from the bus stop and not far from the ski lifts. Ideal for people who love peace but without sacrificing the comfort. Ideal especially for children: to provide our guests have a large lawn where play with solarium, garden furniture and toys for the kids. Especially the kids that are in the most important guest: at their disposal have cots, security-fence for beds and chairs for the meal, baby bath tubs, and light for the night. Three-room apartment for a maximum of 5 people, situtate on the second and last floor without elevator and consisting of one double bedroom, one triple bedroom with separable beds, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, separate kitchen, balcony, flat-screen smart TV, and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, glass-ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave. The price includes all water and electricity consumption, heating (only during the winter period), bed linen and bath linen, WiFi, outdoor parking (one parking space per apartment), ski storage, bike storage, and WiFi.
