Regulation
The apartments can only be occupied by the people agreed
in the reservation (children are considered as adults). If is
present one or more people than those booked, the owner has the right
not to accept them or to charge a possible supplement.
Upon departure, the premises must be left perfectly clean and in the condition
same conditions found on arrival. A security deposit of
Euro 150 which will be fully returned upon departure of the customer, after
have checked the condition of the premises.
